Share a Product

1. Go to Manage on the Navigation bar.

2. Select Product.

3. Use the search or Filter to locate a specific Product.

4. Click on the Name of the Product to access the Product Overview page.

5. Click on the Share button at the top of the screen to share the Product.

Add a Share Permission

1. Click on the Add people or Add Organizations button.

2. Select one or more User or Organizations from a pull down list of options.

3. Select the Share Permissions you would like to apply to the Product.

4. Click on the Add people or Add Organizations button to save your changes.

   • Products can only have Manage permissions shared. Unlike assets that can be shared for use too, the consumption of a product is controlled solely through the use of .

Remove a Share Permission

You can view the People and Organizations with whom that Asset has already been shared.

1. Click Edit next to a specific User or Organization.

2. Deselect the Share Permissions you would like to remove from the Product.

3. Click on the Add People or Add Organizations button to save your changes.
