Getting Started
Register as a New User
Welcome!
You should have received an invitation in your email inbox from support@harbrdata.com inviting you to join the Platform. This email address might be different if your platform is using a custom domain such as www.<unique-platform-name>.<client-domain>.com.
If you have lost track of an expected invitation, browse your Organization and ask your Organization Administrator to send another.
For the optimal on-platform experience, use the Chrome browser.
To register as a new user:
Click on the Platform link in your invitation email.

Sign in.
If Single Sign On (SSO) has been implemented then authenticate with the relevant SSO provider to sign in.
If SSO is not required then :
Set a strong password and authenticate by entering your email address and password:
and then log in:
Register your details:
Note, the Organization to which you have been invited is displayed which you can explore later.
Enter your First Name and Last Name.
(Optional) Enter your Department, Job Title.
Click Continue.
Set an Avatar
By default your Avatar is set to be the initials of your First Name and Last Name with a grey background. Alternatively you can change the background colour or upload an image to personalize your Avatar.
Click Continue
Read and the platform terms and conditions and
Click the check box to Accept
Click Continue.

Click the check box to Accept
Click Continue.
Bookmark the URL for the Platform to make it easy to find when you want to log in.
Log in to the Platform
Having previously registered on the Platform and bookmarked the URL you can log onto the Platform with your user credentials.
At the Welcome Form, enter your registered email address.
Click Continue.
Authenticate
If you have registered using Single Sign On (SSO) then enter your login credentials via your authentication portal.
If you have registered with a password, enter your password.
Click Login
Reset a Password
From the welcome form page, you may also reset your password.
Click the Forgot password? button on the Welcome Form.
Enter your Email Address and click continue to be sent a password reset email.
Check you have received an email and follow the instructions.
Set new password and re-enter new password. Make sure your password is strong and adheres to the password requirements.
Click Save Password to set the password.
Return to the login page.
If you have registered using Single Sign On (SSO) then contact Support to reset your password.
The default password requirements are:
Must be a minimum 8 characters,
Must include upper and lowercase letters,
Must include numbers and special characters.
Conditions may change if an alternate password policy has been enabled through SSO.
Log out of the Platform
Signing out will end your active session on the platform.
Click on the user icon on the navigation bar.
Click on the Profile tab.
Click the three-dot menu > Sign Out.
Confirm you wish to sign out to return to the login page.
